At WpDrive, we aim to provide high-quality digital products with instant delivery.
Because our items are downloadable, our refund rules are strict to prevent misuse.

No Cancellation After Purchase

Since delivery is instant:

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted in the following situations:

VALID FOR REFUND:

  1. Duplicate payment (charged twice)
  2. Corrupted file that cannot be opened
  3. Product not delivered within 24 hours
  4. Incorrect file sent due to technical error

NOT VALID FOR REFUND:

  • Change of mind
  • Purchased wrong product
  • Already downloaded the files
  • Digital product not compatible with your software/device
  • You expected a different type of content
  • You don’t have the required app/software (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Replacement Policy

If a file is:

  • Corrupted
  • Damaged
  • Missing content
  • Or the wrong file was delivered

We will resend or replace the product at no extra cost within 24–48 hours.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

  2. Mention Order ID + Email
  3. Describe the issue
  4. Attach screenshot/video (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and respond within 48–72 hours.
